Pastor Gary and Carol
Founders of Anchored International Relief
Pastor Gary and his wife Carol have faithfully served the Lord side by side in making disciples in the name of Jesus throughout the world. Pastor Gary is the CEO and Founder of Anchored International Relief. With more than 30 years of experience in mission's work, Pastor Gary is passionate about equipping the local church with the necessary tools and professional safety training to help churches plan and execute safe and efficient missions trips with their congregations. Having an extensive background in police work, Pastor Gary is also passionate about Chaplaincy work in Mexico and Uganda.
Together Pastor Gary and Carol are focused on impacting the world for the Kingdom of God by sharing the love of Jesus Christ with people in the uttermost parts of the world one life at a time.
Todd Priest
Todd joined Anchored Relief in October 2021 as the Administrative Director. Prior to his time at Anchored, Todd served as a pastoral liaison for several faith-based, for-profit companies as well as other not-for-profit organizations. He is nationally respected in the supermarket in-store marketing industry, spending 25 years in sales, marketing, and advertising holding positions with NewsCorp and various start-ups. In 2007, Todd obtained his Financial Services license as well asgraduated from the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry. He served as a Calvary Chapel Associate Pastor through 2015. Todd is also a licensed Realtor. Today, he and his wife Barbara, live in Mission Viejo, CA. They serve together in ministries at their church in San Clemente. They love to garden together and are often found walking the local nature trail. Todd also enjoys taking out his mountain bike to ride whenever possible.
James Vaca
James Vaca is a Field Operations Officer. He has been a part of the Mission Outreach’s with AIR for about 8 yrs. He came alongside as a “full time missionary” in the past 3 years. AIR has been the avenue the Lord has used in the rebuilding process and redirection of his life. A desire to travel and to help is being fulfilled according to His purpose and he is blessed and humbled to be apart of AIR.

Our mission is to extend the love and teachings of Jesus Christ to the farthest corners of the world. Through our dedicated efforts in missions, chaplaincy, and relief work, we strive to bring comfort, aid, and spiritual nourishment to those facing challenges and adversity. Our team is driven by the belief that every individual deserves compassion, care, and the opportunity for a better tomorrow. We are seeing that through simple practical acts of love, God opens doors and hearts to hear and receive His Gospel of grace. Through the teaching of His Word, not only are lives being changed, but communities as a whole are being renewed.
